1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Vitamins, supplements, and food-based items.

  • Personal care and skincare products once opened.

  • Healthcare devices that have been used.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

  • In some cases, you may receive store credit or a replacement product instead of a cash refund.

Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. The replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned item.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
